Lynne Somers graduated with an MBA from Bentley University with a Business Ethics & Marketing degree.  She bought a house in So. Portland and is currently working at LL Bean as a senior analyst in the gift card field.

Greer Tison graduated magna cum laude in biology from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. She was awarded the Margaret Hustace Pietsch Memorial scholarship, recognizing the university’s scholars and most distinguished students. She received her DVM degree in 2013 from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in Scotland.

Sara Frost is the owner of Bubble and Flame Soap and Candle Company. Check out her incredibly aromatic and beautiful lip balms, soaps lotions and scrubs – they are truly unique and all are handmade in small batches.

Elizabeth Brockway earned a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Early Childhood Education.

Jeremy Tudisco is a videogame programmer with Rockstar Games. He recently returned from a trip to Berlin, Edinburgh, and Switzerland, working at his company’s office in Scotland. Apparently those holistic problem solving skills he picked up at TNS are quite indispensable!

Krista Gagne is another successful entrepreneur and owner of Maine Homestead Farm. She makes delicious preserves, relishes, salsas and other condiments (which can be purchased at Outta The Box, The New School’s thrift boutique). Her habanero jelly is delectable with cream cheese on crackers!

Alisha Langerman and Even O’Day Senior own Meadowfall Farm in Parsonsfield.  Alisha and Evan are experts in wild foraged foods found in local meadows, forests, bogs and beaches. They also cultivate heirloom fruits and vegetables on a small amount of acreage with intensive planting.

Ryan Wilson and Gina Simmons are the proud owners of Common Wealth Poultry Co. in Whitefield., ME, the state’s only USDA inspected processor of poultry. In 2015 Gina was invited to participate in a forum on women in agriculture with the Deputy Secretary of USDA.

Marion Davis works at a company doing analytical chemistry testing. They have a food and microbiology lab where they do compliance/regulatory testing for food manufacturers and start ups.

Tom Kittredge is living in Portland and working as Enrollment Coordinator at CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange, an NGO that arranges study abroad, work abroad and teach abroad opportunities. Tom currently serves on The New School’s Board of Directors.

Elena Kaye-Schiess received a full scholarship as a Master’s Candidate in the China Studies Program at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou China.  She is doing research on village-level implications of China’s rural land-use policies and development strategies. Check out her fascinating blog.

Lindsey Cook Riccitelli is an Outreach/Prevention Specialist at Seacoast Mental Health Center in Portsmouth, NH.

Caleb Viano After studying mechanical engineering at the University of Montana, Caleb started Viano Moto where he designs and builds motorcycles in Belgrade, Montana.

Alan Rounds After graduating from UMaine, Orono with a degree in Economics, Alan is back in his hometown of Hollis and enjoying work at Snell Family Farm in Bar Mills.

Nate Duquette graduated from UMaine, Orono with a degree in exercise science and kinesiology and is on the path to become a strength and conditioning coach.

Chase Stevens is at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, UK. He was accepted to the university’s Honors Master’s Degree program for Philosophy & Linguistics and is studying Cognitive Science as well. During the summer he is an Undergraduate Software Engineer at Skyscanner, a flight, hotel and car rental price comparison site.

Nick Schmid is enjoying his sophomore year at the NH Institute of Art in Manchester, where he is studying illustration.

Sara Wilson graduated from Bennington College in VT. She is enrolled in a Masters Degree program with SelfDesign Graduate Institute, (once again) a self-directed learning community based in Bellingham, WA where students design their own fields of study.

Zeb Viano is studying music at Berklee College. He is scoring & transcribing 5 instruments for a song and is also taking a Django Reinhardt lab.
