Too many apples! This morning our students and fa Too many apples! This morning our students and faculty picked apples from our fruit trees. Lining the street are several apple trees, a Siberian crabapple tree, and a pear tree. Don't be surprised if your student is bringing a dozen (or two or three) apples home with them over the next few days!
We had a good turnout for our Family Orientation e We had a good turnout for our Family Orientation event last night where our families received a lot of information about our Friday programming, the overall The New School community, and how we're planning on communicating with families (mainly shifting to the weekly newsletter [psst... sign up at tnsk.org]). Personally, I'd like to thank everyone who brought food for the pot luck dinner portion and especially those of you who make too much and wound up feeding students, faculty, and staff lunch today! So tasty!
