A selection of pies from Lyman Orchards

The New School partners with Lyman Orchards to bring you fresh fruit and sweet dessert pies, ready in time for Thanksgiving!

Pies will be available for pickup at The New School on Monday, November 13th. Choose from:

Five slices of pie: Apple Caramel Walnut, Orchard Blueberry, Hi-Top Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Apple Crumb

  • Apple Caramel Walnut, a decadent take on Lyman’s classic apple pie. A double crust pie filled with our classic seasoned apples, rich caramel glaze and roasted walnuts.
  • Orchard Blueberry is made with the perfect blend of wild and cultivated blueberries in a light, flaky two-crusted pie, this is a blueberry pie to remember.
  • Hi-Top Apple is handcrafted and based upon a recipe generations old, our signature pie is made with more than two pounds of freshly peeled apples and a perfect blend of the highest quality spices. Our award-winning pie is a favorite of apple pie lovers everywhere.
  • Strawberry Rhubarb — a favorite; sweet juicy strawberries combine with tart red rhubarb.
  • Apple Crumb, an irresistible blend of fresh apples and spices with a delicious cinnamon crumb topping.
  • Bumbleberry, an extraordinary two-crusted pie generously filled with fresh apples, cherries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter. Lovers of peanut butter, look no further! Our chocolate peanut butter filling topped with whipped crème, chocolate chips, granulated peanuts, and peanut butter drizzle will satisfy any craving.
  • Pumpkin, a holiday pie with a creamy pumpkin filling and just the right amount of spices.
  • Banana Cream, a sweet pie with fresh bananas and topped with real whipped cream.
  • Chocolate Cream, a creamy, rich chocolate pie with a real whipped cream topping.

All pies are $22, with $7 going directly to The New School. Pies arrive frozen at The New School and must be picked up that Monday.
